1. About Rnueva360
Rnueva360 LLC, doing business as RNUEVA360, operates a financial services platform that helps businesses identify, evaluate, apply for, and access potential commercial financing and related business services.
Depending on the transaction, RNUEVA360 may act as a marketplace, broker, referral source, consultant, technology platform, facilitator, or service provider.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing for a particular product, RNUEVA360 is not the lender, bank, credit union, or funding provider providing the financing.
Financing products may be offered, underwritten, approved, funded, serviced, or administered by independent third-party lenders, funders, financial institutions, financing companies, or other providers (“Financing Partners”).
RNUEVA360 may receive compensation from Financing Partners or other parties in connection with transactions, referrals, services, or partnerships, where permitted by applicable law.
2. Business-Purpose Services
Unless expressly stated otherwise, financing products made available through RNUEVA360 are intended for legitimate business or commercial purposes.
You agree not to misrepresent the purpose of financing or use a business financing application to obtain funds primarily for personal, family, or household purposes when the applicable product is restricted to commercial use.
Products potentially available through the platform may include, without limitation: business lines of credit; term loans; working capital products; accounts receivable or revenue-based financing; equipment financing; commercial financing; business credit products; refinancing or consolidation opportunities; real-estate-related financing or HELOC-related referral opportunities where legally available; credit-related services; consulting and advisory services; and products or services offered by third-party financial or technology partners.
Not every product is available in every state or to every applicant.
3. No Guarantee Of Approval, Funding, Terms Or Results
Submitting information to RNUEVA360 does not guarantee: approval; pre-approval; funding; any particular financing amount; any interest rate; any factor rate; any repayment term; any payment frequency; any specific lender or provider; any specific funding date; any credit limit; any financial improvement; any business result; or any other particular outcome.
Every application is evaluated individually.
Eligibility and terms may depend on factors including, without limitation: business revenue; deposits and cash flow; time in business; industry; existing debt or financing positions; bank activity; payment history; credit profile; business credit; ownership; location; requested amount; use of proceeds; lender requirements; underwriting requirements; collateral, when applicable; financial statements; tax information; verification results; risk factors; and other criteria established by Financing Partners.
A preliminary qualification, estimate, indication of eligibility, marketing statement, verbal discussion, dashboard status, or potential offer is not a guarantee of final approval or funding.
Financing Partners may modify, withdraw, condition, or decline an offer at any time before final execution or funding, subject to applicable law.
4. Financing Offers
Financing offers displayed, presented, discussed, emailed, texted, uploaded to the portal, or otherwise communicated through RNUEVA360 may originate from independent Financing Partners.
Each offer may have its own: financing amount; repayment amount; interest rate or factor rate; term; payment frequency; fees; origination costs; collateral requirements; personal guaranty requirements; prepayment provisions; default provisions; reconciliation provisions; servicing terms; and other conditions.
You are responsible for reviewing the complete financing agreement and all required disclosures before accepting a transaction.
Where applicable law requires a Financing Partner to provide specific commercial financing disclosures, those disclosures are separate from these Terms and will control with respect to the specific transaction.
The final agreement executed between you and the Financing Partner controls the financing transaction.
5. Acceptance Of An Offer
When you select, approve, accept, electronically acknowledge, or proceed with a financing offer through RNUEVA360, you acknowledge that: you have had an opportunity to review the terms presented to you; you understand that additional documentation may be required; the offer may remain subject to underwriting, verification, final approval, and execution; RNUEVA360 may communicate your acceptance and relevant information to the applicable Financing Partner; the Financing Partner may require separate contracts, disclosures, authorizations, or signatures; accepting an offer through the platform does not replace any legally required lender or provider agreement; and you agree to any RNUEVA360 service terms or fees that were separately and clearly disclosed to you in connection with that service.
6. Consulting And Advisory Services
RNUEVA360 may offer separate consulting, advisory, business optimization, credit-related, educational, document-preparation, financial-readiness, or other professional services.
Some of these services may involve a separate fee.
Any paid consulting or advisory service will be separately disclosed and agreed to before the applicable fee is charged.
Unless specifically stated in a written agreement, consulting fees are for the consulting or advisory services described in that agreement and are not payment for the approval of financing and do not guarantee financing.
Where applicable law prohibits a financing broker from charging an advance fee for arranging financing, RNUEVA360 will not characterize a prohibited brokerage advance fee as a consulting fee.
Any consulting service for which a fee is charged must represent a bona fide service separate from any prohibited advance brokerage fee and remains subject to applicable state and federal law.
The scope, price, cancellation rules, refund terms, and deliverables for a specific consulting engagement may be set forth in a separate agreement, order form, offer, or electronic acceptance.
If those specific terms conflict with these general Terms regarding the consulting service, the specific written terms will control.
7. Testimonials, Case Studies And Examples
RNUEVA360 may display or discuss actual customer experiences, transactions, funding examples, testimonials, case studies, financing amounts, or business results.
When identified as actual cases, these examples are based on real customer experiences or transactions to the best of our knowledge.
However: Past results do not guarantee future results.
The results achieved by one customer should not be interpreted as a representation or promise that another applicant will receive the same approval, amount, pricing, timing, or financial outcome.
Every business and application is different.
8. Credit Policy And Credit Authorization
RNUEVA360’s general policy is that RNUEVA360 itself does not independently initiate a hard inquiry on your personal credit solely because you submit a general inquiry or application through our platform unless you have provided appropriate authorization.
However, certain Financing Partners, lenders, banks, financial institutions, or other providers may require access to personal credit, business credit, credit reports, credit scores, or related information as part of their underwriting process.
Depending on the provider and product, this may involve a soft inquiry or a hard inquiry.
If a Financing Partner requires authorization for a credit inquiry, you will be informed or provided the applicable authorization before the inquiry is initiated when required by law.
By proceeding with a product requiring credit authorization, you agree that the applicable Financing Partner may obtain the credit information described in the authorization presented to you.
RNUEVA360 does not control how a third-party Financing Partner evaluates credit information.
9. Information You Provide
You agree that the information and documentation you provide to RNUEVA360 will be accurate, complete, current, and not intentionally misleading.
Information may include, without limitation: name; contact information; business name; business address; ownership information; date of birth; Social Security number or taxpayer identification information where required; Employer Identification Number; business formation information; business revenue; bank account and deposit information; bank statements; processing statements; financial statements; tax records; debts and financing positions; accounts receivable information; requested financing amount; business purpose; identification documents; credit-related information; electronic signatures; communications with us; and other information reasonably necessary to evaluate or service your request.
You authorize RNUEVA360 to verify information you provide using lawful sources and service providers.
Providing false, fraudulent, incomplete, altered, or misleading information may result in suspension or termination of Services and may be reported to Financing Partners or authorities where legally required.
10. Authorization To Share Information With Financing Partners
By requesting financing or financial services through RNUEVA360, you authorize RNUEVA360 to disclose information reasonably necessary to evaluate, process, facilitate, submit, underwrite, service, or complete your request to appropriate third parties, including: lenders; funders; banks; financial institutions; financing companies; equipment financing providers; commercial finance providers; referral partners; underwriting providers; verification providers; payment processors; technology providers; identity verification providers; fraud-prevention providers; credit-reporting or credit-related providers when separately authorized or legally permitted; attorneys, accountants, consultants, or compliance professionals where reasonably necessary; and other parties involved in evaluating or providing a requested product or service.
Submitting an application authorizes us to identify and communicate with potential Financing Partners that may be appropriate for your request.
This authorization does not require any Financing Partner to approve or fund your application.
11. We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information
RNUEVA360 does not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties in exchange for money as a standalone business practice.
We may disclose information to Financing Partners and service providers where necessary to: provide Services you requested; process an application; evaluate financing opportunities; operate our platform; prevent fraud; process payments; communicate with you; comply with law; or perform other legitimate business functions described in these Terms.
Such disclosure is not intended to constitute the sale of customer information.
Where a state privacy law applies a broader legal definition to “sale” or “sharing,” including certain advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising practices, RNUEVA360 will honor applicable rights and provide legally required choices.

Advertising Measurement and Meta Tools
Certain RNUEVA360 pages, including our application funnel, may use Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API (CAPI) to measure whether activity is associated with our advertising, including qualified leads, completed applications, and funded transactions. Depending on the event and available identifiers, we may send Meta event details such as event type and time; campaign and UTM parameters; browser and click identifiers such as fbp and fbc; and matching information such as contact identifiers in hashed form. Where available and permitted by applicable law, event data may also include an IP address and browser user-agent. A funded-transaction event may include an amount and currency as a measurement attribute. Meta may process these data for advertising measurement and delivery under its own terms and privacy policy.
We do not send Social Security numbers, bank statements, bank account numbers, or credit scores to Meta through these tools. Where applicable law gives you a right to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, you may submit a request to help@rnueva360.com.
Google Ads Measurement and Call Reporting
We may use Google Ads and the Google tag on our business-financing funnel to measure visits and, once configured, lead conversions. Google may use cookies or similar technologies and advertising click identifiers such as GCLID, GBRAID, or WBRAID. The tag may send technical browser or device information, page URLs, campaign parameters, and event details such as event type and time to Google. Google Ads call reporting may also measure eligible calls generated through ads, including call duration. Google processes this information under its own terms and privacy policy.
We do not intentionally include Social Security numbers, bank-account details, financial statements, credit scores, requested financing amounts, or underwriting details in Google Ads tag events. Applicable privacy choices may limit advertising measurement.
14. Data Security
RNUEVA360 uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information under our control.
However, no online system, electronic transmission, cloud platform, database, email system, or other method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You acknowledge that information transmitted electronically carries inherent security risks.
You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and notifying RNUEVA360 promptly if you believe your account or information has been compromised.

Nothing in this section limits rights provided by applicable California law.
17. Other State Privacy Rights

RNUEVA360 will honor applicable state privacy rights to the extent required by law.

You may retain electronic documents by downloading or printing them.
Where applicable law requires separate consent or disclosure for a particular electronic transaction, that additional consent or disclosure may be presented separately.

Each promotional email will include a method to opt out of future promotional emails.
Unsubscribing from promotional emails does not prevent RNUEVA360 from sending transactional or service-related communications regarding an active application, account, transaction, security matter, or legal notice.
22. Call Recording And Monitoring
Calls with RNUEVA360 may be monitored or recorded for: quality assurance; training; documentation; fraud prevention; customer service; compliance; and dispute resolution.
Where applicable law requires consent before recording a call, the required notice or consent will be provided.
If you do not wish to participate in a recorded call, notify the representative where permitted and alternative communication options may be available.
23. Third-Party Providers
RNUEVA360 does not control independent Financing Partners or other third-party providers.
A third party may have its own: terms and conditions; privacy policy; underwriting criteria; credit policy; disclosures; fee schedule; servicing practices; security procedures; and legal obligations.
You should review the terms provided by a third party before entering into a transaction.
RNUEVA360 is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, underwriting decisions, servicing decisions, or contractual obligations of a third party except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
24. Third-Party Fees
A Financing Partner or third-party provider may charge fees or costs in connection with a transaction.
Those costs may include, depending on the product: origination fees; closing costs; administrative fees; wire fees; appraisal fees; credit-related costs; filing fees; legal fees; servicing fees; or other transaction-specific charges.
Applicable fees should be disclosed in the relevant financing documents or disclosures.
RNUEVA360 does not guarantee that every third-party product will have the same fee structure.
25. No Financial, Legal, Tax Or Accounting Advice
Unless expressly stated in a separate written consulting agreement, information provided through RNUEVA360 is for general informational and financial marketplace purposes.
RNUEVA360 does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, or fiduciary advice.

RNUEVA360 may suspend or terminate access where it reasonably believes misuse, fraud, or unlawful activity has occurred.
28. Availability Of Services
RNUEVA360 does not guarantee that any Service, Financing Partner, financing product, portal feature, or offer will remain available.
We may add, remove, suspend, modify, or discontinue Services or features at any time, subject to existing contractual obligations and applicable law.
Availability may vary by jurisdiction.
29. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Rnueva360 LLC, doing business as RNUEVA360, owns or has permission to use the content, branding, software, designs, workflows, documentation, text, graphics, portal interfaces, and other materials made available through its Services.
You may use these materials only for your personal or internal business use in connection with the Services.
You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, reverse engineer, exploit, or commercially use protected RNUEVA360 materials without authorization.
30. Disclaimer Of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.
RNUEVA360 does not warrant that: every applicant will qualify; every application will receive offers; every offer will fund; the Services will always be uninterrupted; the platform will always be error-free; every third-party provider will remain available; or use of the Services will produce any particular business or financial result.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or right that cannot legally be waived.
31. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rnueva360 LLC, doing business as RNUEVA360, and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the Services.
This includes, where legally permitted, loss of profits, lost opportunities, lost revenue, business interruption, loss of data, or losses resulting from a third party’s decision to approve, decline, modify, withdraw, fund, service, or enforce a financing transaction.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
32. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rnueva360 LLC, doing business as RNUEVA360, and its affiliates, officers, employees, representatives, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, expenses, and reasonable legal fees arising from: materially false information you provide; fraudulent activity; unauthorized use of another person’s information; your violation of these Terms; your unlawful use of the Services; or your breach of a financing or service agreement with a third party, except to the extent a claim results from conduct for which RNUEVA360 is legally responsible.
33. Dispute Resolution And Arbitration
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY.
To the extent permitted by law, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or RNUEVA360 Services that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved through individual binding arbitration rather than a jury trial.
Either party may first provide written notice describing the dispute and allow the other party a reasonable opportunity to attempt an informal resolution.
Arbitration will be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act where applicable and administered by a nationally recognized arbitration provider under its applicable consumer or commercial rules, as appropriate to the dispute.
The arbitrator may award any remedy available under applicable law.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from: bringing an eligible action in small claims court; seeking emergency injunctive relief where legally appropriate; reporting a matter to a government regulator; or exercising rights that applicable law does not permit to be waived.
Class Action Waiver
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you and RNUEVA360 agree that disputes will be brought only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in a purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding.
If applicable law prohibits enforcement of any part of this arbitration provision, that portion will be applied only to the maximum extent legally permitted.
Arbitration Opt-Out
You may opt out of this arbitration provision by sending a written request to: help@rnueva360.com within thirty (30) days after first accepting these Terms.
Your request must include your name, business name, contact information, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration.
Opting out of arbitration will not affect your ability to use the Services.
34. Governing Law
Except where federal law or the mandatory law of another jurisdiction applies, these Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights provided by a state or federal law that legally cannot be waived.
Financing transactions may additionally be governed by the law specified in the applicable Financing Partner’s agreement.
35. State-Specific Requirements
Commercial financing is regulated differently across the United States.
Certain states, including Florida and California, impose particular disclosure, licensing, registration, broker, or transaction requirements.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to replace or waive a legally required state-specific disclosure, notice, authorization, agreement, or right.
If applicable law conflicts with these Terms, applicable law will control to the extent of that conflict.
36. Changes To These Terms
RNUEVA360 may update these Terms from time to time to reflect: changes in Services; new products; operational changes; legal requirements; regulatory requirements; privacy practices; or security practices.
The updated version will display a revised “Last Updated” date.
Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or request renewed consent before a material change becomes effective.
Your continued use of the Services after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
37. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
38. No Waiver
Failure by RNUEVA360 to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.
39. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the general agreement governing use of the RNUEVA360 platform and Services.
A particular financing product, consulting service, third-party product, or other transaction may be governed by additional agreements, disclosures, authorizations, fee agreements, or terms.
Where transaction-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the transaction-specific terms will control for that transaction to the extent permitted by law.
40. Acknowledgment And Acceptance
By clicking “I Agree,” “Accept,” “Continue,” “Submit,” “Apply,” “Accept Offer,” or a substantially similar button, checking an acknowledgment box, or electronically signing or otherwise affirmatively accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that: you have read these Terms; you understand these Terms; you have had an opportunity to retain a copy; you consent to electronic records and signatures; the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge; you understand that Rnueva360 LLC, doing business as RNUEVA360, generally acts as a financial platform, marketplace, broker, facilitator, consultant, or referral source rather than the lender unless expressly stated otherwise; you understand that financing is not guaranteed; you understand that each Financing Partner establishes its own underwriting and final transaction terms; you authorize RNUEVA360 to use and disclose your information as described above for purposes of providing Services you request; and you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
The required checkbox on the initial lead form records your acceptance of these Terms and your authorization for contact and marketing communications described in Sections 19, 20, and 21.
